Hey everyone!!
I just wanna start this entry like this:
First - yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy (Yesterday I had it planned what I was gonna say but today I've forgotten it LOL......there was a 2nd, possibly a 3rd and a 4th but I can't remember what they were!!)
The yay is for yesterday but more about that later. Let's see what's been happening. Monday at work, it was our turn to do the Personal Allowances, got to the part where we had to print this report out and had entered the date and suddenly the lights went out and the computers went blank. No explanation at all, just had to reboot etc. That was the most exciting thing that happened on Monday, isn't that sad LOL..............
Tuesday - Richard and Judy - did anyone watch it?? Set my video recorder and toodle off to work. Got there sat down, started worrying I'd not set the date right, LOL typical me!! Get home, see the lights on the recorder had disappeared and felt happy :-) Roger was on!! Yay!! And the best bit they showed clips from the Sheffield recording. I've watched them 6 times now and I still can't point me out but I could see Gavin and I know I'm around there somewhere LOL.........
Spare a thought for Gav, he's a policeman in Scotland. No doubt he's really busy at the mo.......I watched the news when the first riots started out and I couldn't work out why, I thought maybe I'd blinked and missed it!! Can this country ever just get on with it, without having to cause trouble? Now we've got the olympics coming over!! That was funny when we heard it announced at work team leader said that it'll probably be three-legged sack races, whilst crying an egg and spoon LOL.......That would be funny!! You just know there is going to be trouble, or maybe we'll be lucky.
Oh well just tomorrow at work then off to London and a gig on Friday. I can't be bothered to turn my alerts off coz I'll be home again on Sunday but I probably won't read all the alerts coz I'll be here till next week I expect LOL........and still not have caught up!! I'm not looking forward to it and I'm beginning (or still) panicking about it all. I need to calm down otherwise I won't sleep properly tonight. I mean we have to make it to the train station during rush hour, then we have to get to London and then to Paddington before 11.30pm otherwise we can't check into the hotel. Arrrgggghhhh!!
I think I need to go and play some bingo before I go to bed. Try playing AOL's fortune bingo it's a right laugh :-) I hardly ever win but I think I'm addicted!!
Take care everyone and have a superb weekend (apparently the weathers gonna be alright for ya!)
xx

Yes it isn't very nice around here just now.The anti-globalisation people have come from all over the world.
Have a good time and don't do anything I wouldn't do, which leaves your scope wide open!!!!! Fingers crossed for the weather at the weekend!

Oh dear, I hope you can still come to London, after today's events. I think they are trying to get everything up back and running as soon as possible though. Good luck!

Hi Jenny,
Did you go to London? Or did the events of yesterday put you off!! If not, I don't suppose you had a very pleasant journey!
Thanks for your comment. Take care
Sue
Thursday? Not quite the best day for travelling into London......
I don't reckon bombs would put you off going - but then the travel arrangements could always defeat you in the end. Hope it all went okay anyway.
David.
